Я чувствую, что у нас разговор глухого с немым. Я вам про то, оно круглое, вы мне аргументировано возражаете, что дескать нет, оно очень солёное. Черным по белому само ФРС о себе: отличие ФРС от конгломерата коммерческих банков (частных контор) в том, что ФРС не работает с индивидуалами. Все остальное - словоблудие и особый статус этой частной конторы.
